Recipe for 6 servings:

  • 800 g of strawberries, fresh or frozen, cleaned from tails
  • 1 sachet of vanilla
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1/2 cup fine sugar
  • 1/2 lemon juice

 

Cooking:

In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water, bringing it to a boil and simmer gently for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly so that the grains were mixed. Add vanilla, stir and leave the syrup to cool. In a blender or a food processor, puree strawberries in turn add the lemon juice and toss again.

The resulting mass of mix in the syrup, pour into a tray that is not afraid of frost, and cover with the lid. (Old tub must be broad enough to Berry puree 3layer was 4 cm.) Remove future granite in the freezer.
