This Strawberry Jam conquered my heart entirely: fragrant, with interesting jelly — like texture, tasty, healthy and, most importantly, it tastes almost like fresh berries!

Cooking time: 4045 minutes



  • 1 kg fresh strawberries
  • 500 g sugar
  • 2 tablespoons pectin



Clean the strawberries from the peduncles and carefully my. Cut in half, largeberriesin the quarters. Fall asleep in a saucepan, add berries sugar and pectin.Mix and leave for 5 minutes.

Cook the strawberries (after boiling) 13 minutes on medium heat (longer cooking time destroying the gelling properties of pectin).

Pour into the pan of water to 2/3 the height of the cans and put on fire. Keep the jars with jam on bath 15 minutes after boiling water in a saucepan.
