Recipe for 1 portion:

  • A slice of whole grain bread
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (or Berry jam)
  • 2 tablespoons almond oil
  • 1 tablespoon almond petals
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey for decoration
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 TSP vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

 

Cooking:

Tastes best happens when a piece of bread you make warm, lightly toast.

Mix almond oil with 1/2 teaspoon of honey, vanilla, ground ginger, as well as with ground cinnamon, cardamom and salt. Spread the mixture on the toast. Decorate sandwich fresh berries (also delicious as jam, but 14 g less sugar).
