Three Cheese Bread


I especially liked this cheesy bread. It is not a very lush and airy, but insanely flavorful and unusual taste.


  • 180 ml of water at room temperature
  • 400 g wheat flour
  • 50 whole grain wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 75 g of cheese gorgonzolly
  • 75 g of grated Parmesan
  • 100 g mascarpone


To lubricate:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • oat flakes



In the bowl of the mixer put flour, salt, sugar, yeast, mascarpone. Add a thin stream water when turned on the mixer at low speed. Knead the dough at least 10 minutes, until it becomes a smooth. At the end add chopped to pieces gorgonzollu and Parmesan. Knead another 23 minutes. Of the finished dough to form a ball, put it on a greased pan. Cover with a towel or greased with vegetable oil cling film. Give to approach 4050 minutes. Lubricate with beaten egg yolkwith water and sprinkle with OAT and wheat flakes is better.

Bake in a preheated oven about 30 (F) 395-35 minutes until golden brown.
