Tortilla de Patatas Spanish potato and Onion Omeleta wonderful easy dinneror breakfast. Yesterday (or day before) you boiled potatoes, and today it looksless appetizing after reheating in a microwave. But it is perfect for omelets.   • 45 potatoes
  • 1 onion
