Easy and delicious Warm Orange Scallop Salad.

Recipe:

  • Scallop — 3 pieces / serving
  • Salad mix — arugula, chard
  • Butter — 50 g
  • Orange — 1 piece
  • Balsamic vinegar

 

Cooking:

Scallops defrost to drain them with liquid and wet cloth.
