Zucchini & Shrimp Pasta

Zucchini good wash, dry and cut off the ends. Using a food processor chop the zucchini into thin strips, which will be very similar to a spaghetti.
Add to the pan a little vegetable oil. On medium heat, fry the chopped onion and garlic. Cook about 2-3 minutes.
Now add the shrimp, salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Stir.
Add the white wine. After a minute, add the cream to the pan and the lemon zest. Well, at the end of the dish, add chopped in thin strips of zucchini, grated cheese and lemon juice.
Cook about 3 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle the dish with grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
